Barcelona defeat Osasuna to go third in the League

Barcelona thrashes Osasuna 4-0 at the Camp Nou.

Barcelona moved up into third place, overtaking Atletico Madrid and Real Betis, after winning against Osasuna. The hosts took the lead under 15 minutes after Gavin was fouled in the box, resulting in Barcelona’s penalty.

Former Man City player Ferran Torres sent the keeper the other way and scored it to give his team the lead. Later, a few minutes later, Dembele’s excellent pass found Ferran Torres and he doubled the lead for his team.

Again, Dembele’s beautiful ball inside the box for Aubameyang to poke inside the ball was the third goal for FC Barcelona. FC Barcelona went into half time with a 3-0 lead. 

Barcelona, as always, dominated possession and were in complete control of the game. Later, Xavi made some changes to give players chances and rest some players. In the 75th minute, to top it off, Barcelona substitute Ricard Puig scored the 4th goal. 

Moreover, Barcelona are going to play the second leg of the Europa League against Galatasaray next.

The first leg ended in a draw (0-0) at the Camp Nou.
