Barcelona suffered a shock home 1-0 La Liga defeat by relegation-threatened Cadiz at the Camp Nou.
Relegation-battling Cadiz take their first ever win at the Camp Nou. Barcelona have lost their last two games at the Camp Nou.
It was Barcelona who dominated ball possession, but it was Cadiz who had the best chance in the first half. Barcelona had a couple of good chances but only had one shot on target in the first half.
Cadiz were well organised defensively and looked threatening on the counter attack. Both teams went into the break goalless. However, it only took three minutes for Cadiz to find the breakthrough.
Barcelona tried to equalise and went close many times, but Cadiz goalkeeper Ledesma and the Cadiz defenders were in top form to deny Barca from scoring.
Currently, Barcelona are in 2nd place with 60 points in 31 games. Meanwhile, Cadiz are 16th with 31 points in 32 games and two points above the relegation zone.
