Antonio Conte has confirmed that he will remain with Tottenham Hotspur for the 2022–23 season.

Spurs head coach Antonio Conte has been told the club plan to sign at least six or seven players as the club look to back the Italian in the transfer market.

The Italian coach, who took charge in November, has consistently said the squad needs improvement if the club is to compete for European trophies.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Antonio Conte will continue as Tottenham manager as Fabio Paratici and Daniel Levy are now preparing for the 2022/23 project.

Spurs want to extend Harry Kane’s contract in the next few months. Conte’s decision could also influence Harry Kane’s future since he is in a great relationship with the Italian manager.

Among the targets are Croatian winger Ivan Perisic, with Spurs still waiting for his final decision after offering him a new contract worth €5m plus add-ons. Now it’s up to Perisic to make the move.
