Inter Milan suffered a title blow after they lost 2-1 to Bologna at the Renato Dall’Ara Stadium.
Inter Milan have played the same number of games as AC Milan, yet they are still 2 points behind them.
The visitors started the game very well, as it took only 3 minutes to score the opening goal. It was Ivan Perisic who scored the opening goal when he nutmegged the player and hit the ball into the top corner.
However, in the 28th minute, the hosts equalised when Barrow’s cross over the defence met Aranautovic in the box. Both Bologna and Inter Milan went into the break on level terms. However, it was Inter Milan who had more chances but failed to make them count.
Meanwhile, after a slow start, Bologna found an important equaliser through Arnautovic. However, in the 81st minute, Perisic threw the ball to Radu, but Radu made a mistake and Sanson was there to tap the ball inside the empty net.
Inter is now two points back of league leaders AC Milan.
