Juventus sealed a 2-0 victory over Fiorentina in the second leg and advanced to the final of the Coppa Italia.
The first leg between these two teams ended in the favour of Juventus as they won 1-0. Fiorentina enjoyed more ball possession (69%) than Juventus. They also had more chances than Juventus, but they were not able to finish it.
In the 32nd minute, Juventus took the lead through Bernardeschi. Juventus went into half time with a one goal lead and a 2-0 aggregate lead. In the second half, Juventus thought they had scored the second goal when Bernardeschi’s cross found Adrien Rabiot. However, the goal was later disallowed by VAR.
Late in the additional time to seal the victory, Danilo scored the goal for Juventus in the 94th minute. Fiorentina had 17 shots, five of which were on target. Meanwhile, Juventus had eight shots, three of which were on target.
Juventus will play Inter Milan in the final of the Copa Italia on May 11th.
