Kylian Mbappe to the rescue of Paris Saint-Germain

Kylian Mbappe’s goal in the 93rd minute was enough to give Paris Saint-Germain a well-deserved 1-0 lead over Real Madrid in the first leg of the Champions League last 16 draw.

It was a well-deserved result for Paris Saint-Germain as they dominated the whole 90 minutes. PSG should have scored more goals based on their dominance, as they had 16 shots to Real Madrid’s three. Real Madrid completed only 85 percent of their passes, which is extremely low for this level.

Despite dominating the entire game, PSG only managed to score one goal thanks to, as Leo Messi missed a penalty. In 90 minutes, there were 8 yellow cards and 26 fouls. Casemiro and Ferland Mendy will miss the second leg due to suspension.

To replace Casemiro and Mendy, Camavinga could start in the midfield and Nacho in the defense, with Alaba playing at the left back. It will be compelling to see how Carlo Ancelotti Lines up his men against PSG in the second leg.
