Jota scored from close range after Schmeichel had palmed away Virgil van Dijk’s header, then scored from a Joel Matip pass to secure the victory.
Jota stepped up and scored a brace, bringing his season tally to 17 goals. Luis Diaz’s debut in the Premier League was outstanding, and he also demonstrated his potential.
