Manchester City drew against Crystal Palace 0-0 at Selhurst Park.

Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City failed to extend their lead at the top of the table to six points. If Liverpool win against Arsenal, they will be just a point behind Man City.

Manchester City had 74% of possession and 18 shots. However, the Eagles’ goal keeper, Vincente Guaita, was in top form.

He only made four saves throughout the 90 minutes. However, Guaita was busy the whole game and kept his team on level terms. City almost took the lead in the first half when Cancelo’s shot came off the post and fell into Laporte’s feet, but he shot the ball over the goal post.

Moreover, De Bruyne’s left-footed shot hit the post and then Mahrez had an open chance but his shot was brilliantly saved by Guaita. The best chance of the game was when Grealish crossed the ball to Bernardo, but his attempt was just wide.

Crystal Palace won a hard-earned point against Manchester City. which means they are still in 11th position in the league.
