Mohamed Salah and Liverpool yet to reach an agreement

The contract talks between Mohamed Salah and Liverpool are on hold.

The contract talks between both parties are stopped because Salah’s demands are not met. Mohamed Salah’s current contract expires in 2023 and he wants to renew only if his demands are accepted by Liverpool.

A few months ago, there were several reports saying that Mohamed Salah wanted to earn around £400,000 per week at Liverpool.

Salah has been one of the most prolific and consistent footballers in the world over the last five years. Mohamed Salah’s contribution to Liverpool has always been underappreciated.

According to Italian reporter Fabrizio Romano, Mo’s priority is to stay, but not at current conditions.

Any club in Europe would kill for a player like Mo, but Liverpool is simply not able to deal a super star’s salary in the same way that other major clubs are.

There are many clubs who are keeping close tabs on Salah’s situation to sign him.
