Liverpool Forward Mohamed Salah says that he is motivated to play against Real Madrid in the final of the Champions League at the Stade De France.

The Reds faced Real Madrid in the final of the Champions League last season. However, Liverpool lost the game with goals from Gareth Bale and Benzema.

Mohamed Salah was a key player for Liverpool that season and he was substituted in the first half because of the foul made by Sergio Ramos.

Moreover, some fans believe that the foul was deliberate to stop Salah. Therefore, Salah is out to take revenge against Real Madrid in the final on May 29th.

“I’m very motivated after what happened with Real Madrid last time,” he said.

“And, after what happened on Sunday, everyone is motivated to win the Champions League. Everybody is excited for it.”

There have been a lot of rumors surrounding Salah’s future since his contract will soon be up.

Despite confirming to the press that he will be at Liverpool next season, he did not reveal whether he would sign a new contract this summer.

“In my mind I don’t focus on the contract at the moment,” Salah said.

“I am staying next season for sure.”
