Pep Guardiola thinks that Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski will adapt to FC Barcelona’s game.

Pep Guardiola was at the preview of the Puma Legends Trophy tournament at Pula Golf Resort and he said: “I have no idea, to be honest, but would he be a good fit? We are talking about Lewandowski,”

“He (Lewandowski) would adapt perfectly well anywhere. But I don’t know if Barcelona can sign him because of their financial situation or if Bayern [Munich] will let him leave.”

Apart from speaking about Lewandowski, Pep Guardiola also praised Barcelona youngsters like Gavi, Pedri, and Ansu Fati.

About Gavi he said: “He is fantastic,”

“They show that there is a lot of future and very good work [being done] in the youth system.”

Moreover, Pep Guardiola thinks Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez has done a very good job this season.

“I don’t know the circumstances, but I think he has certainly done a good job,” he said.

When Xavi took over Barcelona were out of Champions League qualification places. However, after Xavi was appointed as Barcelona manager Barcelona finished second on the league table.
