West Bromwich Albion sacked Valerian Ismael on Wednesday after less than a year in charge, but have quickly turned their attention to former Birmingham manager Steve Bruce.
Steve Bruce is in advanced talks to become the new West Bromwich Albion manager. If the 61-year-old decides to take another ride on the managerial roller-coaster, it will undoubtedly be a fascinating watch, Sky Sports reporter Rob Dorsett claims.
Steve Bruce has guided Birmingham City and Hull City into Premier League. Aston Villa was almost added to that list, but they were defeated by Fulham in the Play-off Final.
They are currently fifth in the Championship, but have only won one of their last 11 games, dropping them out of the automatic promotion places and within a point of dropping to eighth.
Bruce could be the man to lead the Baggies to a successful season’s end. Also, this would be his first managerial position since leaving Newcastle United.
