According to Marca, Zinedine Zidane wants Cristiano Ronaldo to join PSG if he replaces Pochettino. There is a possibility Pochettino and PSG will part ways in the summer.

Zidane and Ronaldo have great relationship after winning three Champions League trophies in a row at Real Madrid. According to the Daily Mirror, Zidane is close to joining PSG next summer, and his first request would be to bring in Ronaldo. He rejoined Manchester United last summer after leaving Juventus.

Ronaldo will be thinking about his future if Manchester United fails to qualify for the Champions League. If he decides to stay in Europe, PSG would make sense, as he could end up playing alongside Lionel Messi for a season or two. It doesn’t appear to be that complicated to understand.

Pochettino took over as manager of the French giants in January 2021. PSG were unable to defeat Lille to win the Ligue 1 title. Mauricio Pochettino has struggled to get the most out of a star-studded PSG squad. As a result, his future at the club is uncertain.

Some sources say that Pochettino has an offer to be manager of Manchester United this summer. As a result, Zidane is very likely to take over PSG.
